ORDINANCE #1375 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br /> THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br /> WITHIN THE TWIN LAKES REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R -1) TO PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br /> GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R -3) <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br /> Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br /> of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Panning File 07 -006, <br /> the following property, located at 3010 Cleveland Avenue and legally described as: <br /> LOT 1, BLOCK 1, APPLEWOOD POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE <br /> is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) with an underlying zoning of General Residence District (R -3). <br /> Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br /> Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br /> 1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> 2. Recording of said plat of Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake with <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> 3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br /> and property owners. <br /> 4. The recording of the Planned Unit Development documents with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> Passed the 15 day of September, 2008 <br /> 1 <br />
