Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, May 17, 2010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Councilmember Roe announced the next input opportunity in the form of a community <br /> workshop as part of the ongoing Parks and Recreation Master Plan process, and seeking <br /> creative plans for parks, with this meeting's focus specific to several individual parks and <br /> the southwest area of the community. The meeting is scheduled for May 19 from 6:30 <br /> 9:30 p.m. in the Olympic Room of the Skating Center. <br /> Councilmember Roe noted that Rosefest buttons were now available for purchase. <br /> Mayor Klausing announced that the Roseville Historical Society had rededicated the <br /> monument at City Hall, recognizing the bicentennial of the State of MN Constitution, <br /> with the memorial originally put in place in 1991, then removed during the remodeling of <br /> City Hall, and having been damaged in storage had now been restored and reinstalled. <br /> Councilmember Johnson briefly left the bench at this time. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> 6. Approve Minutes <br /> a. Approve Minutes of May 10, 2010 Regular Meeting <br /> Pust moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the minutes of the May 10, 2010 <br /> Regular meeting as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Councilmember Johnson returned to the bench at this time. <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items <br /> being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Johnson moved, Roe seconded, approval of the following claims and payments as <br /> presented. <br /> ACH Payments $736,793.38 <br /> 58427 -58502 413,415.91 <br /> Total $1,150,209.29 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing. <br /> Nays: None. <br />
