EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of December, <br /> 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10862 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> MUNICIPAL INFILTRATION/INFLOW GRANT <br /> WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR capital improvements in municipal <br /> wastewater collection systems to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration to the <br /> Metropolitan Council's sanitary sewer disposal system is available to the City, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> that: <br /> The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br /> Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Municipal Infiltration/Inflow Grant for <br /> improvements to the City's sanitary sewer infrastructure to reduce inflow and infiltration. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the following voted against the <br /> same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
