EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of December, <br /> 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10863 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br /> TRANSPORTATION ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANT FOR <br /> TWIN LAKES INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR transportation improvements to <br /> promote safety, mobility, and economic development in communities across the state. <br /> WHEREAS, this solicitation includes the Transportation Economic Development (TED) <br /> Pilot Program., <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> that: <br /> The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br /> Transportation Economic Development Pilot Program Grant for Twin Lakes <br /> Infrastructure improvements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Ihlan; Johnson; Pust; Roe; and Klausing and the following voted against the <br /> same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
