<br />Extract of Minutes of ~eeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Beld September 13, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Ball in said Village on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of September, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected pro- <br /> <br />perty owners at the public assessment hearing on September 8, 1971, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5721 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />A PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-7l-l2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Iunnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for a portion of Improvement SS-W-P-7l-l2 <br />against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected <br />thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without <br />regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been <br />duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council <br />would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, <br />
