<br />Extract of :~nutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village o~ Boseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 13, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of September, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!he following members were present: Mayor Moll, and Council- <br />men Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger' <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on September 8, <br /> <br />1971, Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5727 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT P-69-29 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
