<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of <br /> <br />SE-ptpmhA,. <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, <br />Grauel :;md Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member LinebariSr <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5733 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING TO WATER. IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br />(Auditor No. 379) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WBEREAS the Assessment Roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as amended and adopted <br /> <br />on October 11, 196~, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that <br /> <br />date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been <br /> <br />divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assessment be made <br /> <br />by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment <br /> <br />can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Rosevilledoes hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
