Affidavit of Publication <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> SS <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> ANNE THILLEN being duly sworn, on oath, says that <br /> he /she is the publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper known <br /> as ROSEVTT,T,F.
