NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> ON IMPROVEMENT P -11 -02 <br /> ROSELAWN AVENUE <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT <br /> THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, <br /> on the 10th day of January, 2011, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Chapter 429 as amended on <br /> proposed Improvement P- 11 -02. <br /> The improvement will include the <br /> installation of sidewalk, bituminous <br /> paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br /> sanitary sewer repair, water main <br /> replacement, drainage facilities, and <br /> necessary appurtenances. The <br /> foregoing is substantially in <br /> accordance with a preliminary <br /> engineering report which is now on <br /> file and open to public inspection in <br /> the office of the City Engineer, <br /> Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br /> Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota <br /> 55113. <br /> The cost of the improvement is <br /> presently estimated at <br /> $1,818,943.89. The area proposed <br /> to be assessed for the improvement <br /> shall be all that property abutting or <br /> using Dale Street as their primary <br /> access. The project limits are Dale <br /> Street between County Road C and <br /> S.
