<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in. the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Monday, the twenty-fifth day of April, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9075 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, City Project M-93-23 <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE GARAGE RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on January 10, 1994, Grendahl Mechanical, <br />Inc. of Prior Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with City Project <br />M-93-23, public works maintenance garage radiant heating system. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the <br />final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and <br />V.
