EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1971 ************************* Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of R:>seville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, RPseville, Monday, September 27, 1971, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger Councilman Anderson and the following were absent: Member Curley and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5744 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER D1PROVllfJENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER JlvlPROVEMENT BONDS, ICE ARENA BONDS, GENERAL ThlPROVEMENT BONDS AND PARK BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $25,900 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer of $25,900 from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations in 1971; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $36,025 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $127,000 in the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $127,000 from revenues received from the Sewer Utility operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $7,100 in the Ice Arena Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $7,100 from revenue received from the Ice Arena operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus 01' $70,400 in General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $1,155 in the Park Debt Retirement Fund resulting from prior years' levies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COtlliCIL OF ROSEVILLE, :t>1INNESOTA, that: 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1971 tax levy for Golf' Course Bonds - 1967 by $25,900-- from $25,900 to O.
