Extract of Min~tes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of M[nnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of September , 197~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: ~ayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5750 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APFORTIONtvIENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO 1965-1966 CONSOLmATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-37, 65-43, 66-11, 66-14 & 66-15 (AUDITOR NO. 567 DIp No. 81) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Co~ncil of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements as finally amended and adopted by Resolution No. 1635 on October 10, 1966, was certi- fied to the Co~nty Auditor' of Ramsey Co~nty and WHEREAS, since that date, a nwnber of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed and it req~ires that apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following described properties:
