<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ruE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE; MINNESarA <br />HELD - September 27, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the <br />27th day of September, 1971, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5753 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Section 71.070 and 66.340 provides that the Village may certify <br />to the County Auditor the annunts of unpaid sewer and water <br />charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises <br />the ensuing year; <br /> <br />NOW, lBEREPJRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY lHE COUNCIL FOR lHE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESJTA, AS FOLWWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof <br />by reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within <br />the Village limits which are served by sanitary sewers and munici- <br />pal water service of the Village of Roseville, and on which there <br />are unpaid sewer and water charges as shown on the attached <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. The Comcil hereby certifies said list and requests <br />the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due <br />the aJOOunt set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable <br />in 1972. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Linebarget:: upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />All present <br />
