<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD - September 27, 1971 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of September, 1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and LinebKger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Andersal <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5754 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE ROSEVILLE CHIEF OF POLICE <br />AS THE AUlWR!ZED AGENT IN APPLYING FOR REIMBURSEMEl'IT <br />FUNDS AUlliORIZED roR PFACE OFFICER m SERVICE TRAINING <br />Sa-roL PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The Roseville Chief of Police is authorized to apply for <br />reimbursement funds that are applicable to the Govemor's Canmission <br />on Crime, under the Qnnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of <br />1968 (P.L.90-35l) involving a mandatory 120 hour in service training <br />program . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />\\HEREUPON said resolution lI'aS declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
