FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER ON WEST SIDE OF <br />ARTHUR PLACE FROM COUNTY ROAD D SOUTH TO THE <br />CUL-DE-SAC STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written Contract signed with the Village of <br />Roseville on April 7, 1962, the Crown Sidewalk & Block Company, Inc. <br />of llinneapolis, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the Improve- <br />ment of Arthur Place by the construction of concrete curb and gutter <br />along the West Side from County Road D to the cul-de-sac, in accord- <br />ance with such Contract, <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: The work completed under said Contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Village Clerk and Mayor <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on <br />taking the Contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />.Adopted by the Council this ;/')- Tday of 2 ~-1--e.:.- <br />// <br /> <br />are hereby <br />such Contract <br /> <br />, 1962. <br /> <br /> <br />SE.'\L <br />
