HESOLUTION NO. 5764 IlliSOLUfION IN RESPONSE TO RAMSEY COUNTI BOARD ACTION OF AUGUST 30, 1971, RELATIVE TO J\IDPTION OF POLICY\VITIi REC-.ARDS TO COUNTI RECREATION LANDS, INCLUDING OPB\J SPACE AND PAPJ< LANDS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, 1>1irmesota, as follows: WHEPY~I\S, t.~e Ramsey County Board of Commissioners requested the County Auditor to confer with various rnuniciualities toward the adoption of some policy of assessing County Recreation lands, including Open Space and Park Lands, for "water improvements, sanitary sewer improvements and stonn water drainage iIl1J:"'lTovements and i^llIERfAS, the Village of Roseville has a POliC)T which pro- vides that all properties be assessed according to MSA 429: 00 including lands o,^.ll1ed by the Village of Roseville, regardless of use; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville Village Council that the properties acquired by Ra'TlSey Comty in the Village of Roseville for any purposes, including, but not limited to those cited in the County Board action of August 30, 1971, shall and will continue to be subiect to the same assessments and according to the same fonnulas as are' appropriate for any parce Is in the " Village of Roseville.
