<br />EXTRACT OF i\UNUfES OF j'1EETING OF llIE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, ~rrNNESOL~, ~lliLD OCTOBER 18, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meetil1g of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey COlmty, l'.linnesota, was duly held in the villaQ'e Hall, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, i\'Iinnesota, on:10nday, the <br />18th day of October, 1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: . <br />'layor :'1011, CounCllmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoDtion: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5765 <br /> <br />\tVfIEHf"1\S, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey <br />County by resolution dated August 30, 1971, classified as nan- <br />conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the <br />Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />MfEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for <br />approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in <br />accordance with :lISA, Section 282.01, Sub. 1; <br /> <br />NOH, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of <br />the land sho~TI on said list as non-conservation land and the sale <br />thereof be and hereby is apDroved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FUJ{fHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager be a.Tld <br />hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution ill <br />the Office of the Land Cormnissioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoDtion of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly Seconded by ]'iIember Linebarger and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WIrEP-EUPON, SAID RESOLUfION was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
