EXTRACT OF i\UNUfES OF j'1EETING OF llIE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, ~rrNNESOL~, ~lliLD OCTOBER 18, 1971 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meetil1g of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey COlmty, l'.linnesota, was duly held in the villaQ'e Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, i\'Iinnesota, on:10nday, the 18th day of October, 1971. The following members were present: . 'layor :'1011, CounCllmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoDtion: RESOLUTION NO. 5765 \tVfIEHf"1\S, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated August 30, 1971, classified as nan- conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the Village of Roseville; and MfEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with :lISA, Section 282.01, Sub. 1; NOH, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the land sho~TI on said list as non-conservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is apDroved; and BE IT FUJ{fHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager be a.Tld hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution ill the Office of the Land Cormnissioner. The motion for the adoDtion of the foregoing resolution was duly Seconded by ]'iIember Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WIrEP-EUPON, SAID RESOLUfION was declared duly passed and adopted.
