I' 1 <br />. 1"" 1..0... , JOUiJ.Cl....n1Cn "1.,'1e oar90 r <br />""" .., 0 , <br />ilJ1dGrSOn, Curley 2W1U Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~IembeT Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. c,7(,7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SWR/WTRJSTR-71-14 (159) <br /> <br />(Audi tor NO.1 054 ) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for <br /> <br />Swr/Wtr/Str - 71-14 <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />adopted on September 13 <br /> <br />,197 -L_, was certified to the County Audi tor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportion of <br /> <br />the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
