<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />j .- , ,-7 <br />.) / , <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSViliNT. <br /> <br />WHEl1EAS, the Village Engineer has been directed to proceed with the <br />Improvement of Arthur Place from County Road D south to the cul-de- <br />sac by grading and surfacing, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Contract has been let for the Improvement of Arthur Place <br />from County Road D south to the cul-de-sac by construction of a curb <br />and gutter on the West Side of Arthur Place, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the total cost thereof has been determined to be $9,173.82, <br />of which the Village ,nIl pay none as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the cost of such Improvement to be specially <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $9,173.82. <br /> <br />2. That the Village Clerk, with the assistance of the <br />Village Engineer shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such <br />Improvement against every assessable lot, piece or <br />parcel of land within the district affected, with- <br />out regard to cash valuation as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assess- <br />ment in his Office for public inspection. <br /> <br />3.
