<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br />fucember 13, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Honday, <br />the 13th day of December, 1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Grauel, Curley and Linebarger <br />andthe following were absent: None <br /> <br />MEMBER Grate 1 <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5777 <br /> <br />RESOLUfION APPOINTING TIlE ROSEVILLE GIIEF OF POLICE <br />AS TIm AUTIIORIZED AGENT IN APPLYING FOR REIMBURSEMEL'IT <br />FUNDS AUJ1K)RIZED FOR PEA.CE OFFICER IN SERVICE TRAINING <br />SrnOOL PROGAA\1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, ~linnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The Roseville Chief of Police is authorized to apply <br />for reimbursement funds that are applicable to the Governor's <br />Commission on Crime, under the Onnibus Crime Control and Safe <br />Streets Act of 1968, (P.L.90-35l) involving a mandatory 60 hour in <br />service training program which will be known as the "Northwest <br />Ramsey County In-Service Training Program". <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon the following voted 1I1 favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br />IvHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
