<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> <br />Vi11 age Counci 1 <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi11e, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the 20th day of December, 1971, at 7:30 0'c10ck P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5778 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />1971 IMPROVEMENTS - SERIES I <br />(Auditor No. 1060) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Improvements of 1971 - Series I as last <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on September 13,1971, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County for the purpose of including installments thereof <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and <br />WHEREAS a particular error has become evident in the aforedescribed assess- <br />ment roll, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br />amend the original assessment as contained in the aforedescribed assessment roll, <br />as follows: <br />
