<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of aoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />December 27, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Mbnday, the 27th <br />day of December, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5779 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of proposed <br />Prior Court between Arthur Place and ~alder Street south of County <br />Road D by the installation of sanitary sewer, wateDmain, street and <br />curb and gutter with drainage, filed with the Council on November <br />29, 1971, and asking that the entire cost of the improvements be <br />assessed against the petitioners, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby in confoDmity <br />with M.S. 429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village PUblic <br />Wbrks Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />
