<br />EXTRACT OF MINlHES OF ~1EETING OF TIlE VILLAGE <br />OJUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 27, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey COlUlty, Hirmesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, f\firmesota, on the 27th <br />day of December, 1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilrren <br />Curley, Anderson, Grauel and Linebarger <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5788 <br /> <br />RESOLl.ITION REG\RDING TAANSFER OF MONEY <br />WITHIN THE 1971 BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1971 Budget was adopted by the Village <br />COlUlci1on September 28, 1970, by Resolution No. 5505; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5505 established a <br />Contingency Fund Appropriation of $147,720.00 for plirrposes <br />as listed be10\,,: <br /> <br />NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Comcil <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following <br />budgetary funds be increased and decreased as indicated; <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Increase In Decrease In <br />Appropriation APRropriation <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Council <br />Planning <br />Village Hall Maintenance <br />Elections <br /> <br />$ 19,454.21 <br />2,796.80 <br />1,496.09 <br />2,077.19 <br /> <br />Con tin gency <br /> <br />$ 25,824.29 <br /> <br />The Irotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WI1EREUP()N, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
