EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD Janua~y 17, 1972 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 17, 1972. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Anderson, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Brennan and the following member was absent: Mayor Linebarger Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5793 WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 412.851, a public hearing was held on the 5th day of January, 1972, by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, to determine whether a certain street was to be vacated. The hearing was ordered by the Council's own motion. WHEREAS, it was determined that no public use coulc be made of said street and the public interest will be served by vacating said street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: It is ordered that the following section of Fairview Avenue be vacated: That part of Roseda1e Center First and Second Additions, dedicated for road purposes, according to the plats thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds and the Registrar of Titles in and for Ramsey County; which lies easterly of a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet westerly of the north and south quarter line of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23 Wand Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersec- tion of a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet West of the North and South Quarter line of said Section 9, with a line run parallel with and distant 250.8 feet South of the East and West Quarter line of said Section 9; thence run Easterly on said 250.8 foot parallel line to its intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 94 feet Westerly of Line A described below; thence run Southeasterly on said 94 foot parallel line to a point thereon distant 25 feet Northwesterly of its intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 48 feet Northwesterly of Line B described below; thence run Southwesterly to a point on said 48 foot parallel line distant 25 feet Southwesterly of its inter- section with said 94 foot parallel line; thence run Southwesterly on said 48 foot parallel line to its intersection with said 33 foot parallel line and there terminating;
