<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village of Rosevllle <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosev1lle, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Ball in said Village on Monday, the <br />31st day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br />'!he following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution NO. 5795 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORt' ON <br />IMPROVEMENT No. SS-W-P-72-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the Village of Roseville 1n the general area of County Road C-2 <br /> <br />between Fairview and Maple Iane and also on Vbeeler Street <br /> <br />between Maple Lane and County Road C-2 by the construction of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and concrete <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br /> <br />Council on <br /> <br />N~T 2Q, <br /> <br />. 19--1l.... is hereby declared to be <br /> <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby pursuant to ~tinnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
