<br />Extract of Mlnutes of Meeting <br />Village of aoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on M)nday, the 31st <br /> <br />day of January, 1972, at 7;10 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, and <br />Councilmen Anderson, CUrley and Brennan <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5796 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-72-l8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />Village of aoseville in the general area of Dellwood Avenue from <br /> <br />Roma to lone Street and on lone Street from Dellwood to Hamline <br /> <br />by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous <br /> <br />surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on <br /> <br />l\1ay 10 <br /> <br />I 19~ is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br />
