<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village <br />Public Wbrks Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Brennan and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and fore- <br />going extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village <br />COuncil of said Village held on the 31st day of January, 1972, <br />with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same <br />is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to Dmprovement No. SS-W-P-72-13. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal <br />of the Village this ~ ~ day of February, 1972. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
