<br />Extract of Minutes of ~~eting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br />31st day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: CounCilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />aesolution No. 5799 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-72-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in the general area of County Road C-2 from <br /> <br />Long lake Road West to long Lake Road east by the construction of <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursu- <br /> <br />ant to Minn. Statutes Sec. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
