EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE HELD JULY 2, 1962 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 2, 1962, at 8: 00 p.m. The following members were present: ~1ayor McGee, Trustees Reinecke, Flanagan and Kustermann and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich ~.Iember Flanagan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 579 A A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following described area for the Village of [toseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to wit: WESTERLY SECTION Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, which point is also the center of the intersection of County Road D and Cleveland Avenue; thence westerly along the north line of said Section 5, 224.9 feet to the center line of the Northern States Power Company's right-of-way; thence southwesterly along the center line of said power company's right-of-way, approximately 950 feet to the extended north-south center line of Raymond Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Raymond Avenue, approximately 2,100 feet to the center line of County Road C-2 and continuing further south- erly along the extended center line of Raymond Avenue, 700 feet; thence easterly and parallel to the center line of County Road C-2, 726 feet to the east line of said Section 5; thence northerly approximately 289 feet to the extended south line of lots 18, and 3, Block A, Twin View; thence easterly along the extended south line and the south line of said Lots 18, and 3, 658.6 feet to the center line of Mount Ridge Road; thence northerly along the center line of ~rount Ridge Road, 411 feet to the center line of County Road C-2; thence westerly along the center line of County Road C-2, 107.7 feet; thence norti1erly and parallel with the west line of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, 1,055.6 feet; thence easterly and parallel with the south line of the northwest quarter of said Section 4, approximately 1,250 feet to the extended north-south center line of Arthur Street; thence northerly along the extended center line and the center line of Arthur
