<br />Resolution No. 58 <br /> <br />(\ ' <br /> <br />Adopted December 26, 1953 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a sufficient petition has been filed for the vacation of Dunlap <br />Street for a distance of 369.69 feet North of the center line of Larpenteur <br />Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after proper notice and hearing, the Council finds that it is to <br />the interest of the public to vacate said portion of said street in order <br />that the development of the property may proceed, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That Dunlap Street, as now located <br />in the Village of Roseville, be and hereby is vacated from Larpenteur <br />Avenue to a point 369,89 feet North of the center line of Larpenteur Avenue <br />provided, however, that there shall be no access from the West to Dunlap <br />Street South of the South line of Lot 1, Block 2, Irannak Addition, or <br />from the South to Dunlap Street. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said vacation shall take effect upon the <br />prior perf~rmance of the following: <br /> <br />1. That the land lying between Blocks 1 and 2, Krannak Addition, <br />and Between Dunlap and Fernwood Streets be dedicated by the owners <br />thereof as a public street be executing and delivering an Easement Deed <br />therefor to the Village of Roseville, said street to be known as Dionne <br />Street. <br /> <br />2. That Dionne Str ... et, from Lexington to Fernwood Street, including <br />that portion to be dedicated as provided in parapraphl hereof, be opened, <br />graded, and surfaced, as ahall be approved by the Village .engineer, without <br />cost to the Village and without assessment of benefited properties. <br /> <br />3. That the petitioner, at their own expense and without cost to <br />the Village, provide the proper drainage of Dionne Street between <br />Lexington and Fernwood and Dunlap Street South of Dionne Street as shall <br />be designated by the Village Lngineer and shall grant to the Village <br />any easement necessary in connection therewith. <br /> <br />4. That the Petitioners shall file with the Village Clerk their <br />consent to this resolution, within two weeks from date of its passage. <br /> <br />Dated this 26th day of December, 1953. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Willmus, that the resolution be <br />adopted with the additihon of the following words: "and shall grant to the <br />Village any easement necessary in connection therewith" , as above. <br />Roll Call Ayes-(4) Nayes-(O) <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
