<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Vil13ge Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on M::>nday, the <br /> <br />31st day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Nesolution No. 5804 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OR REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-72-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />Village of Roseville, in the area generally bounded by Lexington <br /> <br />on the west, Victoria on the east, Orchard Lane on the north, and <br /> <br />County Road C on the south by the construction of storm sewer <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
