<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Ball in said Village on Monday, the <br />31st day of January, 1912, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson, Curley and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5805 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT No. ST-7l-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of aoseville in the area generally bounded by County Road B-2 on <br /> <br />the north, Trunk Highway 36 on the south, Victoria on the east, <br /> <br />and Dellwood on the west by the construction of storm sewer facil- <br />ities and necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursu- <br /> <br />ant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
