<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br />31st day of January, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />'!he following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Brennan: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Grauel. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5807 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT ST-72-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5806 dated January 31, 1972 <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville has directed <br /> <br />the village consulting engineers to prepare a feasibility report <br /> <br />for the construction of a storm water pumping station and <br /> <br />discharge pipe in the area generally bounded by Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />on the west, County Road C on the north, Victoria on the east, <br /> <br />and Brooks Avenue on the south, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a pUblic feasibility hearing on the improvement <br />will probably be held sometime in March, 1972, and <br />
