<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville/ <br /> <br />~dnnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />and Councilmen Grauel, Brennan, Curley and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5809 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-72-2l <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville lying generally in the area bounded by <br /> <br />County Road D, Highcrest Road, County Road C-2 and S.T.H. 8 <br /> <br />consisting of the construction of storm sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or <br /> <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. <br />Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn.. Statutes 1961). <br />
