-2- That said section of said public street is legally described as follows: From the East property line of Merrill Street, mlich is the West property line of Lot Sixteen (16), Block Eleven (11) and Lot Seven (7) Block Twelve (12), Fernwood Terrace Plat Five (5) to a point One Hundred Twenty Feet (120') East thereof. 2) That the Village of Roseville does hereby reserve a perpetual easement over, upon, across and under said vacated street for public utilities and drainage purposes. 3) That a copy of this Resolution be duly certified by the Village Clerk and be forthwith filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of Section 228.19 of the Minnesota Statutes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ~1ember Kustermann and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Hayor McGee, Trustees Flanagan and Kustermann and the following voted against the same: Trustee Reinecke WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
