<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Vi 11 age Co unci 1 <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereoft a r.egu1ar meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Ramsey CountYt Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenuet Rosevi11e, <br /> <br />Minnesotat on Monday, the <br /> <br />14th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />, 197 L- <br /> <br />at 7:30 0.c10ck P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />CotIDcilmen Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5810 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the <br /> <br />Village of Rosevil1e were certified to the County Auditor of the County of <br /> <br />Ramsey and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained <br />within said assessments rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessments be made by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Rosevi1le, in order that the proper assessment can be extended <br />by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br />
