EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of June, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the attached resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9083 AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND ISSUANCE OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1994 (OAKCREST OFFICE PLAZA PROJECT) THE EXECUTION OF RELATED DOCUMENTS AND THE PERFORMANCE OF RELATED ACTIONS The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
