SS-W-P-72-l2 consisting of the construction <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances in <br />the area generally east of western Avenue between Brooks <br />Avenue and County Road C, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Western Avenue, the South <br />3l9.2 feet of West 408.9 feet, more <br />or less, of North one-half (N~) of <br />Northeast Quarter (NE~) of Section <br />12, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvements as above described are <br />all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering <br />report now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the Village Manager. The estimated cost of Combined Improvement of <br />1972, Series 3, is $266,849.00. <br /> <br />It is proposed to assess the benefited property described at <br />(a) through (9) above for the cost of Combined Improvement of 1972, <br />Series 3, based upon benefits received without regard to cash <br />valuation. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting.
