<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />~sey County, M1nnesota <br /> <br />Held: February 28, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville met in regular session at the Village <br />Hall on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: M L' b r <br />ayor lne arge , <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Anderson <br /> <br />the following were absent: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman Gri'lel <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5814 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS <br />ST-72-2l; ST-67-35: ST-72-l4: ST-71-8: <br />AND ST-72-l6 AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON SAID COMBINED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />lunnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineerin9 <br />Company, village consulting engineers, to prepare prelirnin~~y <br />r2ports as to the feasibility of the following improvements: <br /> <br />a. ST-72-2l consisting of the construction of storm <br />se\\"er facilities and necessary appurtenances in 1::,.e t~'''la <br />generally bounded byS.T.H. 8, County Road D, Highcrest <br />Road, and County Road C-2. <br /> <br />b. ST-67-35 in the area generally bounded by CO\;i1t.~/ <br />R,:,?d D on the north, Lydia Drive on the south, Vi.cto:..:ia <br />011 the east and Churchill on the west by the const:rIJr::t :i.-"" <br />of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />eft ST-72-l4 in the area generally bounded by J.e}C~ngt":':l. <br />ell. thr; west, Victoria on the east, Orchard lane on th:-::- <br />nor'th, and County Road C on the south by the const:c'lction <br />o~ storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtei1ances. <br />
