<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF <br />1972, SERIES 4 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Rosevi1le, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North <br />Lexington, in said village on the 14th day of March, 1972, at <br />7 :30 0' clock p..m.., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, on Combined Dnprovement of 1972, Series 4. <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvement is as follows: <br /> <br />a. ST-72-2l consisting of the construction of <br />storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances <br />in the area generally bounded by S.T. H. 8, County <br />Road D, Highcrest Road, and County Road C-2, <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The NW ~ of Section 5, Township 29, Range <br />23 lying northwesterly of the centerline <br />of Trunk Highway 8. <br /> <br />b.
