ST-72-l6 consisting of the contruction <br />of a storm water pumping station and discharge <br />pipe to provide an outlet for Bennett Lake which <br />lies in Central Park, in the general area bounded <br />by Lexington Avenue on the west, County Road C <br />on the north, Victoria on the east and Brooks <br />Avenue on the south, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All of the areas described more speci- <br />fically above in Improvements ST-72-2l, <br />ST-67-3S, ST-72-l4 and ST-7l-8. <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvements as above described is <br />all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering <br />reports now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Manager. The estimated cost of Combined Improve- <br />ment of 1972, Series 4, is $860,600.00. <br /> <br />It is proposed to assess the benefited property described at <br />(a) through (e) above for the cost of Combined Improvement of <br />1972, Series 4, based upon benefits received without regard to <br />cash valuation. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
