<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-70-ll, <br />W-70-l2, and P-ST-70-l3 <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the l4th day of March, 1972, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. SS-70-ll, ~~70-l2, and P-ST-70-l3 consisting of the construc- <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing and <br />concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances in the area generally bounded by Fairview on the <br />east, Cleveland on the west, County Road B-2 on the south and <br />County Road C on the north. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $ 636,100.00. '!he area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement shall be all that part of Sec. 4, T. 29N, R. 23W, <br />and of Sec. 9, T. 29N, R.23w, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the SE corner of the Sl-l !.i <br />of said Sec. 4, thence northerly on the <br />east line of said SW ~ of said section, <br />a distance of approximately 250 feet to <br />the centerline of County Road "C" as it <br />now exists: thence westerly along the <br />centerline of said County Road "C" a <br />distance of approximately l700 feet to <br />a point lying 993 feet easterly of the <br />west line of said SW ~ of said Section <br />4; thence southerly and parallel with <br />and 993 feet easterly of said west line <br />of said SW ~, a distance of apprOXimately <br />70 feet to a point on the south line of <br />said Section 4: thence continuing <br />southerly and parallel with and 993 feet <br />easterly of the west line of the NY] ~ <br />of Sec. 9, T. 29N, R. 23W for a <br />distance of approximately 570 feet to a <br />point lying 739 feet northerly of the <br />south line of the NW ~ of the IDv ~ of <br />said Section 9: thence westerly and <br />parallel with and 739 feet distance <br />from the south line of said ~ ~ a <br />
