<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TEE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNE SOTA <br />held February 28, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village COuncil of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said <br />Village on the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o.clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Grauel and Brennan <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5816 - A <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />$1,495,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is <br />necessary and expedient that the Village issue its negotiable <br />coupon general obligation bonds in the amount of $1,495,000 to <br />provide funds to pay on the date of their redemption, May 1, <br />1972, the principal and interest of $1,595,000 Temporary Improve- <br />ment Bonds of 1970. No other bonds have heretofore been authorized <br />or issued for such purpose. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified <br />in form of the notice included in paragraph 3 hereof for the <br />purpose of opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding <br />the sale of $1,495,000 Improvement Bonds, Series 6. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause not less than 10 days published notice of the time, place <br />and purpose of said meeting to be published in the official news- <br />paper and in commercial West in the manner Provided by law, which <br />notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />
