<br />Extract <br />of <br />Village of <br /> <br />of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village Council <br />Roseville, Ramsey Couny <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: <br /> <br />February 28, 1972 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall <br /> <br />in said village on February 28, 1972 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., CDST. <br /> <br />The following were present: Mayor Li~~~arger, Councilmen <br /> <br />Anderson, Grauel, and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5816 - B <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC SALE OF $2,040,000 IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 7. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is <br />necessary and exp,d1ent that this village issue its negotiable <br />coupon general obligation bonds in the amount of $2,040,000 to <br />provide funds to defray the costs of construction of various <br />improvements in the village, to wit: <br /> <br />1. Improvement No. P-72-20 <br /> <br />$144,000 <br /> <br />2. Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 4 <br /> <br />860,000 <br /> <br />3.
