<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on Mond~y, the <br />Thirteenth Day of March, 1972, at 7:30 0.c10ck P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />None. <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5819 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS AS <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota, that the roads hereinafter described should be designated as <br />Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville that the roads described as follows, to wit: <br />1. Lydia Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Snelling Avenue. M.S.A. No. 226. <br />2. Garden Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Ham1ine Avenue. M.S.A. No. 239. <br /> <br />3. Western Avenue from County Road C to South Owasso Boulevard. M.S.A. No. 222. <br />4. County Road C-2 from Victoria Street to Lexington Avenue. M.S.A. No. 216. <br />be, and hereby are designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of said Village, <br /> <br />sUbject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br />
