<br />considered the feasibility thereof, the preliminary engineer's re~. <br />port, the views of its citizens, and being fully advised in the <br />premises; and the Council having determined and ordered said improve- <br />ment to be constructed and financed and special assessments to be <br />levied therefor pursuant to said Chapter 429: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the village of <br />Roseville that the village Public WOrks Director is hereby directed <br />to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications <br />for the construction of said project, being a portion of Consolidat- <br />ed Improvement of 1972. <br /> <br />'!he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
