<br />WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1969, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />pUblic hearing pursuant to published notice on March 14, 1972 <br />for Improvement No. SS-70-ll, W-70-l2 and P-5T-70-13 as des- <br />cribed in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to <br />be approximately $636,100.00: and having considered the <br />feasibility thereof, the preliminary engineer's report, <br />the views of its citizens, and being fully advised in the pre- <br />mises: and the Council having determined and ordered said <br />improvement to be constructed and financed and special assess- <br />ments to be levied therefor pursuant to said Chapter 429: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of Roseville that Banister, Short, Elliot, Hendrickson and <br />Associates, village consulting engineers, are hereby directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications <br />for the construction of said project, being a portion of Con- <br />solidated Improvement of 1972. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution' <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, ann upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
