EXTRACT Q}' YJINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HEW MARCH 20, 1972 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, }linnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 20th day of March, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and L and the following were absent: None. Nember Brennan following resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the RESOLUTION NO. 5829 P~SOLUTION RELATING TO DISCONTINUANCE OF CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION FUNDS "~ID PROVIDING FOR TRAlJSFER OF ill~USED BALANCES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, as follows: 1. That the balance of proceeds of bonds and funds in the improvements listed on attached Exhibit 'A', be now transferred to the improvement funds indicated, and that said original improvement funds be discontinued. 2. That all monies not hereby transferred and all subsequent collection of special assessments and taxes levied for said original improvements shall be credited to and paid into the appropriate sinking fund hereto- fore created for the financing of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and UpOD. vote being taken thereon the fo~lowing voted in favor: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Llnebarger. and the following voted against: None. WIn~REUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
