ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that portion of the village <br /> <br />of Roseville lying generally south of Highway 36 and that <br /> <br />portion of the village between Snelling and Cleveland Avenues <br /> <br />lying south of County Road C for the purpose of a community <br /> <br />water system and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br /> <br />portion of the cost of the improvement p~csuant to Minn. S~atu~es <br /> <br />Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statu~es'961) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESar,VED BY THf..
