<br />Extract of Minutes c~ Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monda,y <br /> <br />the 16th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />.July <br /> <br />, 1962, at <br /> <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor t1cGee, <br />Trustees Reinecke, Flanagan, Goodrich and Kustermann <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Meniber Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 582 B <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PP~PARATION OF <br />REPORT ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve a <br /> <br />portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville lying north of Highway 36 and east of Dale <br /> <br />Street and that portion of the village of Roseville lying north- <br /> <br />westerly of State Trunk Highway No. 8 by the acquisition of an <br /> <br />existing private utility company and the construction and incor- <br /> <br />poration thereof in a community water Sj~~ ':em, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> <br />ment pursuant to M.S. Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
